How long does it take a little boy to get dirty?

We went on our traditional Denton camp this last weekend and had a great time.

All of the boys enjoyed "putting sticks in the fire" but somehow they only ended up part way into the fire???

We spent Saturday at Bear Lake enjoying the sun and washing off some of the dirt.

We ate yummy food, rode 4-wheelers, played lots of games, and even had a scavenger hunt courtesy of Grandma Denton where the kids got to have lots of candy. She even gave them each a cool headlamp. The boys were filthy the entire time. I would wash their hands and faces and it took literally 4 minutes to be covered in dirt...I finally gave up the last two days we were there. We have lots of fun each year spending time with the Denton clan. I'm grateful that I married into such a great family...I love them all.

Fun in the sun...

Last week I was invited to join some friends for an excursion to Bear Lake. We had a great time...oh, and the kids did too ;) We had 26 kids there. Here are a few pics of our fun day.

Josh and Madison are little buddies. They played together the entire day.

The kids had fun sneaking chips and all sorts of goodies from the adults to feed the seagulls.
